Norwich-based estate agents Sapey & Co have launched a new service – teaming up with the Insight Group to offer clients mortgage and financial advice. The aim is to offer the most appropriate, yet competitive mortgage solution for people seeking to purchase a property for either residential or investment purposes.

Despite the challenging market, Sapey & Co says it continues to create new opportunities.

Business remains strong for the firm, which only recently announced that it was taking over the property portfolio of the former Tops and Tops Prestige agencies following their closure. In addition to residential sales, Sapey & Co also operates a large letting and management business.

Chris Sapey, managing director, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer our clients in-house mortgage and financial advice. In today’s financial climate, it is more important than ever that individuals seek financial and mortgage advice.”

The new service is now up and running with mortgage advisors on hand at Sapey & Co’s office on Bank Plain, Norwich.

David Lister, director of Insight Mortgage Solutions said “Insight is delighted to be working with a strong company like Sapey & Co and supporting them to provide their clients with a high level of mortgage and financial advice”.
